I've never exhibited before - What Does it Involve?
From years of experience we know that some business or organisations may not have attended an exhibition as exhibitors before - that's
why we wrote the "Guide to Successful Exhibiting" in 1995. You'll find it an invaluable guide. It goes into all aspects of exhibiting - including
on-stand promotions, staffing, generating and following up qualified leads, body language etc. This will be emailled to you once you've booked your stand.
Furthermore, once having read it, you are very welcome to call us for advice or ideas on how to improve your presence at the exhibition. We want you
to do well so that you come back to exhibit time and time again!
How will the Exhibition be Promoted?
The exhibition, as you know from seeing this website, is already being promoted through this website and by e-mails and our telesales
campaign - businesses are already registering both to exhibit and visit. We have a massive database of over 20,000 businesses throughout the East Midlands- all of whom will be sent
free invitations. It will also be heavily promoted in the business section of the Nottingham Post and other regional newspapers. This will culminate in a
special exhibition feature
in the Nottingham Post’s business section, read by a high proportion of key regional business decision-makers, the week prior to the exhibition. Futhermore, national statistics show
that 40% of visitors to exhibitions come from invitations sent out by exhibiting companies - so we will provide you with a "master invitation" that
you can copy as many times as you wish, to send out to your prospects, customers and clients. You will also receive a free exhibitor listing
with up to 200 words in which you can describe your products/services; on-stand promotions/discounts etc.
Moreover, as you'll see there is a poster which you can download to promote the exhibition in your very own business - from now onwards!
